Mother McAuley High School’s National Honor Society sponsored their annual Ice Cream Social on March 23, 2006.  This year’s recipient of the funds raised is Nolan Finn, the son of Sean and Catherine McMahon Finn ’94.  Nolan was born with Down Syndrome and has had many health concerns including heart surgeries during his first year of life.  Funds generated from the event will be donated to Nolan to help with expenses related to his healthcare.

The theme of the Ice Cream Social was country western and the members of the NHS and the school community were all decked out in their cowboy hats and boots.  “The McAuley community is a special group.  Everyone always rallies together especially when doing acts of service,” said Mrs. Sue Farrell, moderator of the National Honor Society.For more information contact:
