Laura Guillion graduated with a Ph.D. in education from Walden University on February 6, 2024. She participated in the commencement ceremony on July 20, 2024. Dr. Guillion is a seasoned educator with over 30 years of experience in the field. She founded Assertive Transitions-Work LLC, an Arlington, VA-based educational and training consultancy specializing in IACET accreditation and continuing education solutions. Through her practice, she empowers organizations to enhance the quality and credibility of their training programs. In addition to her consulting work, Dr. Guillion is a special educator and disability specialist, advocating for inclusive practices and educational equity.
