Makalia will appear in for an upcoming Celebrity Golf Classic in Texas on September 12th, 2025. At McAuley, she was on the golf team, won Most Improved Player her junior year, Most Valuable Player her senior year, and also was Team Captain. She went on to play Division 1 Collegiate Golf at Jackson State University, where she won First and Second team all-American honors, medalist awards, and was team captain. Makalia is currently pursuing her LPGA Teaching Professionals Certification and just passed her Playing Ability Test on August 5th, 2025. Read more
