McAuley's annual Artapalooza will be held on Thursday, May 4 from 1:40 - 4:00pm! The event showcases the work of our talented art students. Attendees will enjoy viewing the artwork on display, grabbing snacks from food trucks, listening to music, participating in raffles and more.
Also on display will be artwork from 5th, 6th, and 7th grade students, who submitted their work for the Junior High Art Exhibit.
Juniors and Sophomores - Have you ever wondered how colleges decide who to admit? Would you like to experience reviewing an application for admission? Please join us for an evening with college representatives as they guide you through an application review on Tuesday, April 29 from 6:30 - 8:30pm in the McAuley auditorium!
Last week, the Class of 2026 attended their Junior Service Retreat! This year's retreat focused on addressing food insecurity, both locally and globally. Groups of students spent their morning packing meals at The Greater Chicago Food Depository, Catholic Charities Chicago, and Feed My Starving Children. It was a meaningful day full of service and reflection!
The Math Macs Team will be heading to the state competition on April 26. MacNation cheered them on with a cart ride through the Main Hall on April 10. We're MIGHTY proud of the entire Math Macs team and wishing them the best of luck at their competition!

McAuley presented its spring play, I Never Saw Another Butterfly, on April 3 and 4, 2025. The cast and crew brought the story of survival, courage and hope to life through their strong acting, musical talents, and detailed set.
All Mighty Mac fans are invited to come cheer on the varsity lacrosse, soccer and softball teams on Monday, May 5! Enjoy games, music, food trucks, contests and prizes.
