The second week of September brought two opportunities for students from Mother McAuley and Brother Rice to come together! On Monday, September 8, the Mother McAuley Student Government members joined student leaders at Brother Rice to hold a prayer service and planted flags along both campuses to honor the victims and heroes of 9/11.
Then on Wednesday, September 10, more than 60 Mighty Macs participated in the Best of Both Worlds Bag Tournament on the Br. Rice football field! It was a great turn out and was so fun to have our two schools come together. McAuley girls may have not taken the win, but they did bring the most Baby Wipes which were donated to the Courage Program!
