In honor of Black History Month, we are spotlighting distinguished Black alumnae who are role models in our Mighty Mac community. Today, we are excited to spotlight Jelyn Andrews '13!
Jelyn is a Senior Experience Consultant and Solution Architect within Slack Professional Services at Salesforce, where she leads enterprise collaboration and automation initiatives that align business strategy with technical execution. She specializes in Slack and Salesforce integrations, AI-enabled workflows, and adoption strategies that improve efficiency and user experience.
Jelyn brings a multidisciplinary background across change management, learning and development, and SaaS implementation, with prior roles at WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and Oracle. She holds a BA in Mass Communications from Clark Atlanta University and is the founder of Pulse, a beauty and wellness technology platform focused on AI-driven personalization and human-centered design.
Jelyn's advice to current McAuley students: remember that you are the author of your own story. Trust yourself enough to end chapters that no longer serve you, write new ones boldly, and embrace the plot twists along the way.
