Performing arts students travel internationally!

Over break, 44 of our choir, orchestra and band students (including 4 Brother Rice Band students) traveled to Ireland to bring their beautiful music overseas!

The students performed at Bru Boru Heritage Center, Ennis Cathedral, Irish National Museum, and Christchurch Cathedral. They were also able to tour Catherine McAuley's home on Baggot Street and were kindly asked to sing in the chapel.

The photo is a picture of the choir, strings and band students before performing at Easter mass at the Ennis Cathedral.

Our Mighty Macs worked with the residents to make pumpkin centerpieces to give to families served through Pat’s Pantry. Our students and residents both had a lovely time getting to know each other while serving the community.

Our Mariachi Club had the opportunity to play with the Latin Grammy nominated Mariachi Herencia de Mexico group! It was a great experience to celebrate the Hispanic culture and community.
