Math Macs team sent to state with cart ride

After capturing 1st place at Regionals, beating strong competition from Evergreen Park and Brother Rice, the Math Macs headed to state. MacNation lined the halls on April 16 to send them off to the State Math Contest on Saturday, April 18 in true Mighty Mac fashion.

22 students participated, including nine freshmen, six sophomores and seven juniors. As a team, the Math Macs placed 15 out of the 49 teams in their division! It was a great experience for the nine freshmen that participated for the first time. We hope to see continued success for the Math Macs in future years.
