Mother McAuley offers a PreAP Algebra class for 8th grade girls. This class will be taught by a McAuley math faculty member. Students who successfully complete PreAP Algebra may have the chance to enroll in sophomore Geometry Honors their freshman year at McAuley.
The course will meet Monday - Friday mornings from 7:00 - 7:45 am during the 2023-2024 school year. The course fee is $450 and includes textbook rental. Students must bring a TI-84 calculator.
McAuley will host a placement test for current 7th grade girls who are interested in taking this class during their 8th grade year.
