Please follow these instructions to complete your daughter’s Admissions Application to Mother McAuley Liberal Arts High School.

Step 1

Visit the Blackbaud Login page.

Step 2

Login to your Blackbaud account. Access the Admissions Progress tab. 

Step 3

Upload your daughter’s 7th Grade Report Card, 8th Grade Report Card, 7th Grade Standardized Test Scores, and 8th Grade Standardized Test Scores individually. To request these documents from your daughter’s grade school, please submit the Release of Records Form, included in this packet, to the grade school’s main office.

To submit your daughter’s 7th Grade Report Card, select Upload, then Browse From Computer. Select the report card from your files, and click Save.

Repeat this process to upload the remaining required documents.

 

Step 4

Send the Recommendation Form to a representative from your daughter’s current school. The Recommendation Form must be completed by your daughter’s 8th grade teacher, counselor, or school principal.

To send the Recommendation Form, select Start.

Type in the school representative’s name and email address, and select Send Request.

The school representative will automatically receive an email similar to the picture below and be prompted to complete the Recommendation Form for your daughter.

 

Step 5

Confirm that all steps have been completed.

Once you have sent the Recommendation Form request and submitted your daughter’s 7th and 8th grade report cards and standardized test scores, your checklist should look similar to the picture below.

If all checklist items have been submitted/requested, you have completed your part in the Mother McAuley Admissions Application process.
