Tuition Information

Tuition for the 2024-2025 school year is $14,700.

There is a mandatory fundraising fee of $400 per family. This includes our Cash for Christmas Raffle. All families will receive 40 tickets for 40 chances to win one of our MIGHTY cash prizes. Families can make most of the $400 fundraising fee back by selling their 40 tickets for $10 each, or can enter the raffle themselves for the chance to win! 

2024-2025 School Year Raffle Prizes

• One grand prize - $10,000
• One second prize - $5,000
• Two third prizes - $2,500 each
• Five fourth prizes - $1,000 each

Tuition is paid in monthly installments of $1,470. Past due accounts are subject to a late fee of $40/month. 

Mother McAuley has partnered with Blackbaud Tuition Management for the 2024-25 school year. All families should set up a Blackbaud account. The ten month tuition plan runs July through April.

Many ask, should we apply for financial aid? Our answer is always a resounding yes. 70% of financial aid applicants qualified for a tuition assistance award in the 2024-2025 school year. Our application considers household income, size of family and overall financial circumstances. It is always worth the effort to apply. The deadline for applications for the 2025-2026 school year is December 16, 2024.

Discounts

Mother McAuley offers two discounts, which are automatically applied to your tuition if you meet the criteria:

• The Legacy Discount is $1,000 and is available to any incoming freshman whose mother graduated from Mother McAuley.Our legacy is 400+ strong here at McAuley.
• The Family Discount is $750 and is available to any family with two or more students enrolled at McAuley in a given school year, and/or $500 available to any family with a student at Brother Rice in a given school year.

Work Grant Program

Applications are available in the fall each year. If awarded, the student will receive a tuition discount, and will be assigned a duty during her study period. This might be assisting in the Main Office, the Media Center, in the Institutional Advancement department… wherever they are assigned, it will not interrupt their school day, and is a great experience for students!

Mother McAuley has wonderful partnerships with external scholarship organizations in Chicago that can assist with our tuition. Each organization has their own criteria for applying and application deadlines.
