Dear Mighty Mac Alumnae,
This is an exciting time at Mother McAuley! As we celebrate 70 years on 99th Street, we continually look to the future as we provide our students and our alumnae with new and exciting opportunities to learn, grow, uplift one another, and build community.
NEW Friday Night Lights: Crosstown Classic
Tonight, our Mighty Mac volleyball team faced off against the Loyola Ramblers for Friday Night Lights, our very first outdoor volleyball match on the turf field. What a MIGHTY opportunity to spotlight our students and to gather our McAuley community together for a night full of celebration and fun! Thank you to all who joined us and all who supported the event!
NEW Young Professionals Board & Networking Event
We are thrilled to introduce our new Young Professionals Board, and announce their first event, What's Next? Navigating Career Changes: Panel and Networking. All are invited to join us for this event on Tuesday, October 27 from 6:30 - 8:00pm.

The Mother McAuley Science National Honor Society will host a Breast Cancer Awareness Walk on Tuesday, October 6, at 7:15 a.m. on the Mother McAuley turf field. The event will bring together students, faculty, staff, and members of the Mother McAuley community to raise awareness, show support, and honor those whose lives have been impacted by breast cancer. T-shirts for the event are available now with proceeds supporting a friend of the Mother McAuley community who is currently facing breast cancer.

Anne is the new Chief Audit Executive, Vice President of Internal Audit and Risk for CROCs, Inc. Anne will start her new role on August 31st. She and her husband Sal are moving to Denver, Colorado in October from Austin, Texas.

Janet was inducted into the University of Iowa Athletics Hall of Fame for her achievements in volleyball.

Erin joined the WKYC team as a reporter in Cleveland, Ohio in July 2026 after working as a reporter in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Grace recently began medical school at Midwestern University Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine as a member of the Class of 2030!
