Laura Snow Gawlik is a beloved longtime theology teacher at Mother McAuley, where she introduced and nurtured the Kairos retreat program that has shaped generations of students. Over her 34-year career at the school, she led an extraordinary 163 Kairos retreats, guiding young women in faith, reflection and community. Known for her wit, warmth and steadfast belief in “trusting the process,” Laura’s  impact extends far beyond the classroom, leaving an enduring mark on alumnae whose lives and faith journeys were profoundly influenced by her leadership.
