Senior Class Gift - Restocking the Woodpile

Image

You should be proud of your accomplishments here at McAuley and look forward to what we know will be a bright future!

Before you go, we ask you to think about the legacy you want to leave behind, and how you can ensure all future Mighty Macs have the same experiences you had within these halls.

Each year,
As travelers made their way
Through the wilderness,
They would stumble upon
A certain cabin.
Here, a sign hung from the door.
"Welcome. What we have
Is yours to share.
Make use of what you find.
Take what you need.
Eat, rest and be warm.
All we ask is that you
Restock the Woodpile
For those who follow."

May this story inspire you to help us "restock" Mother McAuley Liberal Arts High School through your generous contribution to the Senior Class Gift.

When?
On Wednesday, May 9, 2018, we will be collecting donations and pledges during all lunch periods. Online donations will be accepted through our online donation page. Please choose the "Class Gift" designation and include the senior student's name in the tribute information section.
Donations

Seniors are asked to donate $20.18 this year, and pledge to donate the same amount throughout their four years in college. In honor of Teacher Appreciation Week, seniors will have the opportunity to donate in honor of a teacher who made an impact on them.

What does my gift support?

After discussions with some of your classmates, funds raised through the class gift will be put towards purchasing a picnic table to place in the lunchroom's courtyard

All additional funds will go towards the McAuley Fund, which supports our talented teachers, classrooms, co-curricular opportunities, financial aid & scholarship, and ensures your favorite McAuley traditions live on!

Why does my participation matter?
Next to your parents, alumnae have made the most significant contributions toward your education over the past four years. The more alumnae who give, the better McAuley can be for the students it serves.
