Academic Payment Contract

• Please review your daughter's courses for the 2024-2025 school year.
• Once the scheduling process is complete, schedule changes may not be made. Exceptions to this policy may only be granted by the students school counselor, and if the change is approved, a $100.00 fee will be charged.
• Advance placement courses require an additional Exam Fee.
• There will be a Band uniform/activity fee (with the exclusion of Beginning Band).

I have advised my daughter on her course selections for 2024-2025 and understand that these may not be changed. I understand if the tuition account balance is more than 30 days delinquent, my daughter will not be able to complete the scheduling process for the 2024-2025 school year, which risks availability of any and all classes. The non-refundable registration fee of $185.00 is due with this completed contract. Course selections will not be activated nor processed until the $185.00 non-refundable registration fee is paid.
